The Ferocity keystones are balanced terribly

They're either broken or broken on a few champs and leave the rest to suffer:

Warlords bloodlust is game-breakingly op on Yasuo and Tryn, and VERY, VERY strong on crit-based adcs, but It leaves non-crit based adc's in the dust because they're peers get to utilize it but they don't. Even at just first glance, you can tell this mastery is way more op than either FoB or DT.

Fervor of battle is good for bruisers who can build up the stacks fast (see riven, kindred, irelia), but once again sucks on people who can't build up the stacks as fast as these champions. It's also a double whammy because if they're ad but not crit-based then not only are they locked out of the most op mastery, but they can't use this one to much effectiveness.

Deathfire Touch is the stupidest of the bunch. It's waaay better than stormlord's decree for casters, so they have to take it if they even wanna compete, but even then this mastery is stupidly op on DoT champs like malz, brand, and cass (brand is insufferable right now), but once again if you're a caster but don't have a Dot good f*cking luck. It's also funny to me that the mastery meant for casters who are predominantly aoe does half damage with aoe abilities.

All of these benefit a select few, and leave the rest out to dry. It's especially bad for ad champs that don't build crit and aren't riven, kindred, or irelia because not only are they blocked from the most op keystone in the game (warlords), they cant even properly use fervor. Something needs to change.
