He kind of sucks... his ultimate is really good the e is alright q can be somewhat useful (except for an adc trying to orb who proceeds to fly into her aggressor) the w is just bad like....I don't know if you ran out of idea's but this one should have been an obvious veto.

hold your tough he is a better champ then a hell a lot of other champs so sit back think find something you like about him and use that then maybe you might actually learn something.
Get 100k mastery points on the champ then come back and ask if he's balanced or not. He's a really really difficult champion.
But personally I think people are building him wrong. They need to get some attack speed in there to do damage between Q's and E's along with some AP.

The idea is to get some cooldown, some mana, and a lot of on-hit attack speed damage. I'm not really sure if this will work but I'm just testing it for now.
