Riot, can you look into Syndra's E again?

Just played a game of Syndra to see how Scatter the Weak feels now.

Honestly nothing feels fixed. There were /many/ moments both this game and the game before where the orb clearly went through the champion but didn't stun. Heck, a lot of times they weren't even damaged.

Would it be possible to 'roll-back' the E change but leaving the damage nerfs?
