Fizz's AA range is equal to Nasus' with ult up.

Why is this?

Fizz's passive already allows him to ignore unit collision; should he really have such a large aa range (I understand he's still melee), when his W passive is so potent and the active has grievous wounds(again why does he have this also)?

Edit: I understand that he uses a trident, so he won't have something like 75 range, but this is from a balancing perspective. If you really wanted to go into considering champion weapons, then Cait would have 2000 range and Sona would be able to hit multiple people at the same time.

All spear/polearm users have 175 range

Some "Large Weapon" users have 150, like Sion and his huge axe

Yasuo having 175 is BS tho since he uses a basic sword

Well, Aatrox and Xin Zhao(?) have 175 AA range too. maybe it has something to do with the weapon they use. Perhaps longer wepons = more AA range. Kind of how Cait using a sniper out ranges champions using a bow. This doesn't explain why Urgot has lower range than Thresh though.

Fizz's excess power: Built in healing debuff/reduction... that stacks on top of a dot and stacks in addition to ignite with no DR A better version of Vlad's trollpool with the ability to jump certain walls and no hp cost... in exchange for a trivial amount of mana past the first rank of the skill Can Q through minions to escape, as if he didn't have enough mobility already-in addition to being able to walk through units by having no collision Ult gives vision upon initial collision, even prior to the shark actually activating Massively unjustifiable base damage that scales absurdly well with sheen, itemization is meaningless so long as he gets 2 or so core items Decent AD in addition to AP, base stats are excessive for no real reason, on top of everything else A borderline ranged auto attack radius, despite being melee, as stated in the OP's post Forgiving mana costs on all abilities despite using mana as his resource, and despite the power of his abilities themselves (not even getting into that...) Q also applies on hit effects, INCLUDING HIS W'S ACTIVE Q's on hit application does not diminish, meaning all on hit effects actively apply simultaneously, stacking

GUT FIZZ

this champion has flown under the radar for soooo long and is contrary to everything a balanced champion should be, he has always been, and still remains tall standing as, one of the most overpowered champions in the game with a myriad of excess power that simply doesn't make sense and is just stacked on top of his already stupidly effective kit for seemingly no real reason other than to give people freelo. But of course Fizz mains will defend their broken champion who is immune to nerfs to the death, even though they know just as well as anyone else that Fizz is not balanced whatsoever, just as Riven mains did during her OP phase. GUT FIZZ

Honestly every Melee should have 175 range. Its a lot more fluid and easy to last hit with and doesn't feel nearly as clunky.
