Why does Oracles, Control wards and Duskblade only activate Shaco's traps and not other champs?

For those who don't know, Oracles, Control wards and Duskblade also reveal traps, not just wards but the problem im seeing with this is how Riot changed how this effects Shaco. Before Control wards and Oracles would just disable the trap (stunning them) but they changed it so that the box activates and dies after 5 seconds. Duskblade just instantly activates the box as soon as the enemy is in range, this is really annoying and unfair because other champion likes Teemo and Jhin just have their traps revealed instead of being activated and killed. Riot should make Duskblade just reveal the box and not activate, change it back to the way it was and just reveal and stun the boxes instead of just straight up killing his defense tool without even touching it. Jhin's traps don't get activated by any of these 3 tools, Teemo shroom doesn't explode by any of these 3 tools, Caitlyn's traps don't get activated by any of these 3 tools, so I ask you this. Why should Shaco's traps be activated by ALL 3 of these tools?

Probably because Shaco's traps hard CC you?

Caitlyn's traps aren't stealthed so aren't in the same category as Teemo's and Jhin's. They're visible at all times.

I don't know if you read what I said correct, but before Shaco's trap would be stunned, and couldn't CC you when they were, therefore useless until the control ward was destroyed or the oracles effect ended. Right now it just seems unfair, because they are immediately shut down at the press of a button.

You also place them with just a button so it seems fair considering you have to spend a lot more to counter it than shaco does to use it

I think, if they are forced to go off, they should be able to attack the ward

Because shaco traps arent the same as jhin, teemo and caits traps? making the box visible is pretty much the same as activating it so there shouldnt be a reason for it to not act as if it isnt.

the box would just be revealed before, and stunned. Now it is revealed and activated therefore dies after 5 seconds. but Jhin trap gets activated but doesn't explode. and the others have a 3 storage system and last so much longer, Shaco doesn't have a storage system and only lasts 60 seconds plus 5%ap

It's because of Shaco's trap aggro range. As you mentioned, right after the vision update all invisible traps were disabled and revealed when hit with a sweeper or other vision ability. What Riot found, mostly through the complaints of Teemo mains, was that this had the unintended consequence of allowing a player with a sweeper to activate it during a teamfight and more or less nullify traps for the duration, since even if people stepped on them they'd be disabled. In response to this, they changed it so the traps were revealed but not disabled, and therein lies the problem for Shaco.

Shaco's boxes have a much longer range to activate than any other trap, long enough to prevent melee champions from attacking them without activating them. Thus, if you were melee, the only difference between a revealed shaco box and an unrevealed one was you know where it was, they had no way to actually clear it out safely. Thus, they made the decision to have them automatically activate, that way they would be given the potential for use (much like the other invisible traps, which could now go off even if swept out) without locking people out of being able to clear them.

The question I have: if Shaco boxes, and only Shaco boxes, were reverted, what benefit would it give to Shaco? Generally if a trap is revealed and there isn't any danger it will be cleared out, and if it's disabled for the duration of the ward sweeping effect it still won't be useful in combat if a sweeper or duskblade is active. Is there a tangible benefit to having the trap be disabled instead of activated, a state in which it can at least provide some zoning and damage?

they had no way to actually clear it out safely.

may I remind you that the box would be stunned, would not fire or shoot the enemy if the oracles was activated, how is there no way to clear it safely?

You seem to have missed the context of that statement: I was explaining why Riot made the decision when they updated traps to not be stunned, and why Shaco's traps couldn't be handled the same way as the others (revealed, but not disabled).
