The only time i feel completley destoryed in lane is by a ad assassin like zed or yasuo. I literally cannot do anything to them. i always end up stuck at my tower trying to farm while they out last me with energy and awkward tankiness without the items

Yasuo wishes he was an Assassin.

He's a crappy team reliant mADC.

dunno about zed since it feels like his pressure in lane is relentless, but against yasuo you can just walk away from his q and then just trade with him and gradually wear him down for an all-in. trading with him keeps his barrier proc'ing as well so you don't go in to burst and then hurrrdurrrr massive shield.

you'll want a champion with nice poke and zoning, i like Akali since you can just zone him with w and if he gets near you can just Q > AA to get an easy trade. just don't do it too far up the lane or you leave yourself at massive risk of gank. Katarina can just spam q on him and either walk out of or just e away from his q, and if you q > e > w him you get a pretty nice trade since the movement speed helps you get away, though ofc if there are minions around he can just rush to them and chase you which can be an issue so it's a matter of practice.

the key issue with these 2 champions of course is surviving the ban phase. then again the same applies to zed.

Against Yasuo? Dodge his third Q (the one that knocks you up), and if he tries to all-in you, hit him back with your own spells and attacks. Against Zed? Counterpick him... or ban him. Alternately, rush Zhonya's and make sure your allies know if he's missing from your lane.
