Kindred Thematic CC? Request for Fear - But only a "startle"

Kindred's newest update is definitely helping against the suddenly VERY expensive crit/attack speed items essential to this champion, but its not quite given this champion the utility needed for the modern jungle.

Junglers are all about mobility, CC and the ability to secure objectives through damage or abilities like Ivern's.

Kindred is very good about the last, somewhat reasonable for mobility (compared to the latest generation of junglers), but Kin's CC is a little lackluster.

Kin has their E, but this is not an ability with much CC utility - it exists to help secure a kill.

So what if Kindred had a touch of Fear?

Half a second to no more than full second's worth to be exact.

What if Wolf's W created an AOE effect, centered on Kindred where enemy champions were scared, startled by the Grim Reaper for just 0.5 - 1.0 seconds?

It's not enough to drastically disrupt the game, but it would improve Wolf's presence, and also be in line with Kindred's ability to momentarily create a window to change the game as with their R, and support the theme of Death being present.

Suddenly Wolf is set loose to hunt. Every enemy around for a brief moment is terrified.

This increases Kindred's utility as Jungler without creating an overpowered effect. This champion is about dealing damage and creating windows of opportunity.

And they're the Grim Reaper of League.

It's a good idea to try out and play with.
