Right now, there's only a reward for tagging the allies with the hug zone, but there is zero reward for keeping them in it and the concept just feels really underwhelming, and I think it would fit really with her identity (AOE buff support)
If shifts in power would be needed for this then I'd be ok with that.

BOOM, Sona is rewarded for tagging 3/4ths of her team usually (clones, ghosts ect...), what isn't exactly amazingly easy until a huddled up teamfight, even then there are a ton of mobility champions that she has to chase them down DOESN'T effect her laning power, unless there is a massive cluster gank of jungle and mid/top
Perhaps make her auras a little smaller to compensate, I know they are already tiny in comparison to pre rework Sona, but more shaven off her invisible power for visible power is a good thing

I was thinking some type of buff your teammates get for remaining inside the circle, and they could get a particle on them while they're in the circle to indicate to everyone that they're being buffed.
