Janna Q change suggestion

I always felt that the worst part about Janna is that she can insta cast her Q if you jump on her or her nearby ally. I suggest it has a minimum wind up time like 1 second or something. This way you could actually hard engage her without q qing you and walking away laughing. You land a q on janna as Lee sin? She will literally blow your ass away the second you take your q. There needs to be a window of oportunity

It's called cooldowns...
