idea for veigar's Dark Horizon

so i've heard people say that it needs to slow people in the center, but what after the delay the walls of the cage shrink? anyone hit by the wall will be stunned. so you could potentially stun an entire team? They said that they wanted a cage that let's veigar play with his food right?

another idea is to make it 2 abilities. activating it once will, after a delay, will make the cage shrink all the way. activating it again will make the cage grow a bit to trap anyone who actually gets out. This adds counter play to his E because anyone opposing viegar has to anticipate whether he will make his cage shrink or grow.

another idea is he has to enscribe the prison first. Imagine rek'sai's tunnels. Using e will enscribe a dot on the map. if you manage to enscribe 3 dots on the map you can activate e again to instantly create a circle between all three points. stunning all enemies on the side. anyone standing on an enscription will destroy it. can you imagine the amount of outplay that has to go on both sides of bot lane with this ability? This idea probably doesn't fit but it sounds fun.
