His dueling power was shrekt in a series of nerfs so like he has no niche now since he has no cc and range suks
i feel like i'm weaker than kogmaw in lane now and if I survive I still have a mediocre late game cause ult was also nerfed
thats funny cause after then nerfs he still does burst damage at lvl 3 like no tomorrow
you wanna talk about over nerfed, this guy got it worse that lucian 
Yet he still has one of the most oppressive early laning phases
His early game got weaker but his burst for trades still hurts.
Also you have tons of mobility late game...you know...assuming you're executing your spells properly.
I think you probably just need to get gud
What is up with all these bronze players claiming all the top tier champions are weak right now?
Lucian is the most played ADC in Diamond and Challenger. He's in virtually every league game across every division.
He has one of the most powerful early games and his late game burst is on par with assassins.
Go look at the Challenger list and you'll see that everyone on that list has Zed, Lucian, or Lee Sin as their top played or second most played champion.
