Garen Nerf Please

Riot Please nerf Garen,

When a player can basically just stand in the enemy base as garen and spam his laugh without being punished there is a problem. For me even when I carry on juggernauts (Illoai), I still have to be focused and can't just goof off tilting the enemy team with my laugh. Garen is different though.... I don't want to hear about kiting him because it's hard to kite a guy that can get a burst of movement speed and then silence while he crits in a spinning whirlwind of destruction before he ults you for true damage to finish you off. I am fine with him being a tank, but for goodness gracious, take away his overwhelming damage across the board. T

He has just too much of everything. PLEASE RIOT.

First, let me state there is no need to be rude.

Second, explain how he is in a "weak state" when he has:

Increases health regen for passive (which gets insane with warmogs)

Movement increase that gets rid of slow effects

Silence

Crit on his aoe damage spin

True damage on ult if you are the villain, that is a point and click.

Gains passive armor and magic resist for killing things.

He also has no mana or energy usage which just means he waits for his CDs to pop and then goes in a again.

Because Garen is kitable, he relies on getting to his target to do any sort of meaningful damage. If you are getting caught by Garen as the ADC ect, then shame on you. Right now he is not even being rewarded for reaching a target due to anti burst items such as Maw and steraks. Don't forget the only way Garen reaches a target is running directly AT somebody which is so easily telegraphed and one-dimensional. I If you properly learned how to attack move orb walk correctly you wont even worry about Garen engages.

Garen is a Juggernaut not a tank, his only form of CC is a 1.5 second silence. If Garen did not have damage, then he would be useless.

The fact every high elo player says Garen is weak and the fact he is barely ever played in high elo should show you that your assumptions of Garen are purely due to your low knowledge of the game.
