GangPlank Ult
How come Gangplanks ult is Global Damage with Zero channel time? He should at least have to Channel it or for a brief time during the cast or just before-hand in my opinion. "Giant-Skill shot, That Does Good Damage, and Slows, with Global-Range, and no Cast time" <--- Does this seem a bit Toxic to anyone else?
