Can you like buff Vladimir please?

I played one game of this champion and boy this champion does shit. He does 0 dmg all laning phase, hard to farm, long cooldowns even with 15% cdr in lane.

Every single game this useless champion dies like 10 times and becomes useless in the late game.

Revert all the changed you did to Vladimir. I want to be able to go back to mid lane Vladimir with Spirit Visage first item, not this Protbelt shit.

A 6/1 Vladimir in Worlds could not carry teamfights meanwhile Balance Girl Syndra can one shot targets, deal the same damage as Vladimir can and also provide CC.

I actually think this champion is one of the weakest champion in the game. To wait to level 18 and still unable to carry one teamfight is ridiculous. I can just play a different champ scale earlier and also deal the same damage.
