But it doesn’t slow attack speed down. NICE RIOT GAMES. NICE INDEED. MEANWHILE FIORA IS ALLOWED A PARRY THAT STUNS PLUS 2 SECOND ATTACK SPEED SLOW BECAUSE WHY NOT.
Keep Fiora bias.

See, it USED to cripple attack speed on release (I think). Then they nerfed it.
It’s one or the other. There is no bias. Fiora does not impact the game the same way Lee does. Lee had access to a cripple and a massive damage AOE knockback. Not to mention you can’t even react during his windup. So it’s a stun into potentially team wide knock up.
Additionally Lee’s E ran a much lower cool down than Fioras w. It has a 26 second cd. It can only be used once in a fight meanwhiles Lee’s was sure to come up again, especially vs fighters/bruisers.
And again, Lees was an AOE cripple, meanwhile fioras can affect one person. And it’s Telegraphed.
