Why has more Grievous Wounds been placed back in the game?
I thought it had already been established that GW is bad design.

There are other topics on this already.
They say so, and so is RNG, but look at all the new crit. Then again they may just be trying to make it easier for every ADC to get 100% crit so they can keep up with and out sustain every other class in the game in every way.
