in the middle of the game i got dc electric went off. but i reconnect and played More +10 minutes or more before game ends, without me my team was never going to make it? This Happened before? is it kind of a bug?

Congrats, you've been smacked by the wrath of LeaverBuster. It doesn't matter if you ragequit, your router/electricity fails, or if your mother falls down the stairs while still coming back to win. The game says "League comes before real life ALWAYS OR YOU WILL BE PUNISHED".
You should've just not come back to avoid the team being pissed off and toxic anyway.
