You buffed him at Patch 7.14 but wasn't enough he is still not viable as bruiser or even a Tank.. his win rate dropped last patch 3%~4% pumps up from 46% ~ 49% win rate.

Please show some love to Garen.. hes almost dead the most bad Toplaner now or even a Tank. hes only Fair 1v1. Else is not really worth.. Or rework him if hes gonna be that bad.

If anything nerf Garen, such an obnoxious champ to lane against. Almost Darius levels of oppressive if you're melee.
