Mallet is recognized as a problem

Mallets always been in an awkward position where it was a very expensive item because it blows to be chain snared by attacks.

Rylais has essentially the same problem especially with newer interactions (ie Aurelion Sol's stars.) except they've made it more affordable for the stats gained.

As a mage player that uses Rylais regularly, I agree changes need to be made. There are too many abuse cases to keep it as is.

rylais does not have as bad record as mallet, like not even close

They said they are looking at changing Rylai's this Preseason and changing champions that relied on it a ton if they are negatively or overly positively affected by the changes (ex. Mordekaiser, Singed, Aurelion Sol, Cass, etc.)

It's a good thing Riot has already said they're looking into it, now isn't it?
