New game mode is great, but bf shield isn't

I really enjoy the gamemode and have a decent time playing it win or lose, but I have to say nothing brings down the mood of a team fight fiesta like a shield the size of your health bar.

I was playing twitch 2 items, no deaths just got a kill when they take loot teemo and caught on fire, when they got bf shield i was a little upset because ive played this gamemode enough to know its just a downer, but i figured im a team fight champ got a good lead and i'm on fire.

Needless to say i ult to hit their brand soraka and cho'gath, at max range with slow kyte went from lower lane bush to tower without breaking their shield and their kayn proceeded to solo tower dive me and my miss fortune and get out with over 75% hp.

I don't think adding ardent shields as a buff is very fun and combined with a single support champion can almost win a game flat out.
