I know runes are getting reworked, but i mean just make them free now

They impact the game so much for being so god damn expensive, hell half the time i think new players can't farm because they don't have runes, I know I find it hard as hell to kill a minion when I auto them for 55 damage when a caster minion does around 30 and hell, there's no real reason for rune not just being free, you want variety in a game give 10 lvl 1s a full rune set to fuck with, you know some guy is gonna run full XP increase runes and try and win with that. but they can't, they sit there doing near negative damage, and unless you have played before without runes. and considering its what? 21k for every rune like holy shit how will you get that? especially when there are 130ish champs i mean, 450 is cheap for a champ then it goes to 6-7k that's legit an entire week of games for 1 champ, well one champ or like 6 runes
