Recently, there have been some people complaining about how Twitch now has camouflage instead of invisibility. Personally, I like the changes. Sure, you can't pop up in the middle of the enemy team anymore, but think about all the new things you can do. You can use the extra time to sneak around the enemy and then unleash a Spray and Pray from behind them, leaving them nowhere to run. There are other things, but I can't remember what they are right now. Basically, Riot is making it so Ambush is just that: an ambush. Not something used to run away. Ambushes aren't for running away. They may have removed the pop-up thing that Twitch could do, but they have instead brought about all sorts of new strategies with the prolonged stealth. So don't judge new Twitch so harshly just yet.
At the very least its nice that he can't doucheball hide to escape and then run straight up to you while 'invisible' and then proceed to spray you like crazy anymore, it does make me feel like he is going to do the same play style as how Evelynn works by pulling sneaky backdoor jumps if a enemy backs up a bit behind the turret but puts them in good range for a twitch or enemy champion to range poke you because your directly not on your turret, but the laners can poke you if you stand on your turret.
Especially since by his 'cask' now being a Stack apply+Slow field, it makes it easier for him to harass opponents since it can keep applying the stacks and stay around for a bit, meaning you are forced to move or get more stacks applied to you, just like how Morganna's Tormented Soil can be placed next to a tower and she can simply stay out of turret range while the damage applies to minions or enemy champions. I was hoping more that Twitch would get ousted from his jungle play style and be stuck in the ADC role by losing the ability to surprise pop up and surprise escape. Sadly the Q would still have the move speed bonus that can let him 'get away' with EZ even if a enemy champion can see them, but they don't have any way to reliably CC him before he gets far enough for him to get out of sight range.

Only other exception to 'countering' his run away thru that move bonus is to do the same like how Draven can move speed burst, Jhin can use crits to jump up his move speed in short bursts or just go opposite with a Ashe via using her passive's slow applying to counter out his move speed gain and then some.
