Champion turns around randomly when retreating during fights (Not Attack Move)

Title says it. Only happens when retreating from fight. I've double and triple checked making sure it couldnt be accidental attack move. There is no attack move command bound to my mouse at all. Also, the movement prediction option is and has been unchecked.

Another thing to mention is the fact that when the champ turns around, it doesn't auto attack even within range, it just walks the wrong way until I correct it. Gotten many deaths lately bc of this. Also, the visible mouse cursor is always where it should be in relation to where I'm trying to click, so there's no split second of misclicking or anything like that.

Mouse is a Steel Series WoW Legendary Ed. All drivers updated, absolutely no problems happening in other programs or other than what I've just described.
