I need Help!!

Backstory: About a week ago i was Plat 4. I went on a losing streak and eventually got demoted and then later went to 0 LP. That made my MMR become really bad. Its GOLD 3 MMR rite now.

Here are scores starting from most recent: CHO TOP 1/11/2 (this game had a support kennen who just roam and fed, but he got kills, but HE FED) CHO TOP 3/8/6 MAO JG 1/9/7 (The mao blamed team for not doing good) CAIT ADC 1/6/0 Graves JG 1/10/4 (I didnt do that well either because the bot lane came mid and gave my lane many kills) Riven TOP 1/6/19 ( Lost this game cause team got too cocky) Just some of my recent rank games AND THIS REPEATS ALMOST EVERY GAME

What do I do? I cant climb in rank games rite now for some reason. Every game I get a 10 plus death top laner who just feeds, and then there is always that person that gives up 3 min into the game. Not exaggerating that i get one every game. If its not top its the mid or etc. Im not saying Im the best player in this game but how can I play with people like that every single game. is there something going on in gold, cause I dont remember people being so bad in that elo. Like people INT and they genuinely believe that they are not the cause of it. I repeat they genuinely believe that they are not the cause of it. People go afk and they blame the team. Im not making this shit up, they blame the team who is still trying.

Here's how I know its not me: I got my diamond friend to go on his smurf and duo with me for couple games. It's that bad that he cant even do anything, along with me. Everyone just gives up 3mins in or just dies every minute. You may argue maybe we are bad, but like my friend beats popular streamers all the time in his main. I climbed out of gold when adc were absolute shit.

Should I just stop trying to climb and hopefully people are better next season? I AM JUST STUCK
