FIX RIOT MATCH MAKING

IDK if it is just me but is riot's match making just total garbage. As a long time player why does has riot not try to do to fix(make it better) the match making. I haven't heard about them trying to make it better but if they did do something it is obviously not working. I'm sure lots of players agree with me that sometimes the match making is bad. Out of all the rank games and norms I play there always some kind of really bad person who feeds, who plays like a bronze but u know ur not in bronze. Your like always why am I paired with them. I know I'm not the best player and expect to be paired with challenger people but I always seem to have the dumbest people. I know about the elo system but why does it seem like there is no elo system sometimes. You play a rank game and someone is playing like they have never played a rank game in their life. What I'm trying to get out there is that this game isn't too fun anymore when you are playing by yourself. You play 5 games and only 1 of them is fun, because 4 of those games you have either a really toxic person or you have someone who just wants to feed. By feed I mean like they are just like I don't like people today just let me fuk with them and ruin this game. The rank games now u can't even solo que. It is impossible to even solo que. You are 15 and 0 and thats not even enough anymore, because that one guy who is the tank always stays in the back who is suppose to be tanking or that person who gets all the kills and steals all the gold and what does he do nothing with it( doesn't push or fight). Just want to play 5 games and have all those games be fun, Want to know how u think?
