CotC Quinn?
I was thinking paired with some defensive items Quinn could take this keystone and actually engage on people in a 5v5 team fight and survive. This would allow her to make use of her ultimate in fights.

Quinn has hard CC now?
Isn't she balanced around not engaging on a 5v5?
You're better off going Thunderlords on Quinn in all honesty. The only viable thing Quinn can do is go top against a melee and absolutely destroy them (which is almost impossible to fail at doing with her) then from 15 - 30 minutes you keep roaming and picking people off and you hope the game doesn't go to far past 30 minutes as you start to drop off massively.
