I feel stuck
I feel stuck at a low skill level, and it honestly doesn't make me feel great. I am not sure how I can improve and i don't think I am ready for any ranked games.

Düff McWhalen2 votes- Find 3 champs in the same two roles you prefer and spam only those.
- Learn the best bans, and how to play against your counters
- Learn micro (csing)
- Learn macro (map pressure, split pushing, objectives, game sense)
- Realize none of that works, Say fuck it and buy a boost
- Cry deeply
- Fuck around in Platinum and practice vs those guys to actually improve over time
- Buy another boost when you inevitably fall back down to Silver
- Repeat from step 5

You cant do it in jungle. I have check your match history, your TF/ashe KDA scores are good, except your CS. As TF, you need AA minions to your Q/red cards skill. Then uses ability to kill 3~4 minions at same time.
Stop building 
on ashe as 1st item. Build

instead, the more damage you have, last hitting will be more easier.
Acemaster811 votesI usually cs until maybe around the time laning phase ends, then I don't know where to farm since waves can be pushed or the wave is already being pushed by someone else.
7thHeaven1 votesBest advice: Farming in all lanes, jungle [slayer-jinx-wink], even 12 creeps spawn in 1 mintues in lane, you still can reach 15 CS per minutes
