Nasus "Q" stronger than EVERYTHING Shurmian

This probably has happened to you: -You won lane hard Darius vs Nasus and left him alone after leaving him 0/7, you roam around and your team gets a lil more fed, by the time you come to tier 2 mid turrets, you see the enemy Nasus "OH HEY, why not get my team fed off him too?"... You walk up to AA him (or spell cast) aaaaand.. it tickles him... He walks up to your adc and smacks them once with a Q. Your tank? Two shots and he's out. By this time he's saying "REKT", "Nasus (;" or "Nasus isn't op, you just let me farm" He says with his 100 some odd farm and 500stacks.

Bottom line: He's a high tier champ to play, especially for a late game carry, touching him and any of his abilities will cause a riot in the community (Phreak not present), but Nasus really needs a point where he isn't feared after 20 minutes as much as he is now.

Suggestions [any or all] : >1-Cap his stack limit at a reasonable amount (like 450-500) so Nasus can still do heavy damage but isn't stupid broken OP. >--A second effect should compensate for the cap limit (heavy slow, marked target for allies, Small DoT around Nasus and Target afterwards) 2-Take away some of the healing from it, yes it may be REALLY helpful in early game, but in late game, I don't wanna know that Nasus Tank can Q baron once and get back half his health. >--Give health for AA only? Or scale down Q heal amount. 3-Compensate for power? He's a tank, he shouldn't be one shotting the ADC, a bit of a scale back would help, we don't wanna leave lane for 5 minutes to help Ahri vs Zed just to know coming back to lane will only have Nasus has 200 extra stacks now. >--Players will hate it if you nerf and not buff him, so 2:1 large minion instead of 3:1 and grant 2:1 max health would be good.

Respond with comments, don't bag on others for their opinions!

...In lore he's just a higher up icon in Shurima... this damage would make Azir and Xerath feel as useful as a AP Garen .Honestly with this power, I don't see why HE'S not emperor when he could just Q both Azir and Xerath with ease.

You can't let him free farm. He's supposed to be a tank that can deal a ton of damage, but only if you let him stack up damage.
