[Champion Rework] Viegar, the Ultimate mage.

Since he's been nerfed hard, I think it's time for a rework.

Q: Red Shift

W: Blue Shift

E: Dark Energy

R: Singularity

Pressing up to a combination of 3 Qs Ws or Es and creating a "Singularity" (pressing R) will create a spell which Viegar can store for later use. Viegar can store up to 2 spells.

Doing this allows 10 different combinations of spells.
