Pantheon Jungle

Are there gonna be any pantheon buffs that allow him to jungle better, seeing as how his win rate on champion.gg is the lowest for junglers. And i mean buffs as in: higher base attack speed, or maybe his passive shield also does damage to monsters that hit it to increase his clear time?
