Fizz buffs? Draven buffs? Bard buffs? Pls stahp. And i didnt even read the notes after I seen Fizz buffs.

The ult change hurts AP Fizz a lot especially before lich bane is finished

It is an increase of his total AP rotation by .1 AP. His shark now only amps magic damage, meaning his base AD on auto attacks will not be amplified, considering this, fizz is losing a huge portion of his early game damage, ONTOP of having his base damage from seastone trident nearly gutted from 10/20/30/40/50 to
10/15/20/25/30

Patch 5.18 is the world's patch. We're getting there.

The Draven "buff" is to encourage people to play him, because he counters Vayne. People hate Vayne, so more people should play Draven.

I find that hilarious too, because Vayne is fine. You just have to play against her properly and use a champion she doesn't just counter. Just like most champions in the game.

Nothing wrong with Draven buffs. Hard to use to a truly good level both in lane and in team fights. Underplayed, decently strong and extremely fun. He deserves more face time imo.
