Can riot hire a new position?

I sincerely believe that Riot as a company is "out of touch" with the community it serves.

Most of the posts in red I read are completely unrelated to the real issues being brought up (with the exception of repertoire). In fact up until I have seen this employee of riot I had almost entirely lost hope in this game.

My suggestion is that Riot hires a "community liaison" who's sole purpose would be to facilitate communication between the community and the company. Not someone who is in charge of "the project" or "the balance" or the "esports" but someone who's sole job is to GET ANSWERS and actually make communication between the company and the community a two way street.
