Please do not do this to Ekko take away the slow instead

As an Ekko main I was fine with the slow being taken off his passive heck I think it's the best way to nerf tank Ekko. Now you are changing it so the lock out on his passive is 6 seconds instead of 3 while keeping the slow. This will completely gut Ekko and specifically it will gut AP Ekko way more than tank Ekko because procing that passive is most of his damage basically and making it so you can only proc it every 6 seconds on the same person will destroy AP Ekko more than tank Ekko. Please just remove the slow from his passive and keep the lock out at 3 seconds.
