EUW lag and champ randomly teleporting (packet loss?)
Anyone else getting this? My champ teleports around and lags randomly, most people in my last game had it as well.

I'm getting something similar on NA, it seems to be less common because a lot of people are still fine but everyone I know that lives near me is having some serious ping issues since the last patch.
