due to the mastery and item changes the meta will shift. these changes will end up buffing some characters and debuffing others. such as the healing for crits keystone buffs fiora. rod of ages which actually got buffed in effect has buffed malzahar.
are there any other champs that have unintentionally got buffed or debuffed?

i know they did, i didnt say anthing about them, everything in this patch was a buff for them meanwhile almost everything was a nerf for Fiora.
