Now that I think about it, honour levelling is fairly fast

The new honour system came around the end of June, beginning of July. I have seen a fair amount of people who have had honour level 4 since last week, and I got mine to level 4 just today and I don't play thaaaat much league.

Riot increased the speed because the honour system came mid season. It will be slower next season.
