Is it me or the game isn't as addicting as it was?

Before,I would spend 5 hours a day playing League before going to high school. Now I only spend around 2-3 hours as it feels less addicting. I think it's because right now we need more bans for an 129 champs pool. Is the game becoming less addicting?

When I think of playing a game of League, two things come to mind.

One: It's going to be a miserable 40+ minute slog, and I'll sit there upset, wanting to do something else. Two: It's going to be over at 25 minutes, one team crushing the other so there's absolutely no joy in it, so I'll sit there upset, wanting to do something else.

I can't wait for OnlyWatch. or urf.

I have seen a few ideas such as gamemode rotation and stuff like that. It would be fun thinking that right now playing ranked is like sitting like a robot in front of the computer trying to win. I miss my pre-30 shenanigans when I was having fun with friends. Also the new SR feels less addicting to play on.

Champions that are dominant in season 6 happen to be champions really unfun to play against. Like back i.e. in midlane than there were Katarina or Akali who pissed you off, but you could at least abuse their terrible early game, they needed to take actual risks and so on.

Now we have Zed Lux and Ahri, the super-safe squad, who also pisses you off right from beginning of the game and who's counter play is to not feed them and buy terrible items...
