Can any Mid to High Elo Talon Main help me personally? (Gold 3+)

I'm currently struggling between Silver 3 and Silver 2. I can't seem to get out of Silver 2 but I can manage above Silver 3. I am a Talon OTP and I'd really appreciate personal help like watching replays at the same time and offering tips about when I can kill and what I can do in certain situations ex. "You can kill 2 and get out" or "You don't have enough damage to 1 shot right now, get this item...." I could really use it and will be indebted to you. (Of course I'm asking on boards cuz I'm broke for replay coaching lol)
