I'll be honest, he's so underplayed that even when I take him as support in TB, I'm a roving monster by the 20 minute mark. People just don't know what he can do 90% of the time.

I honestly don't like this change. He should of been given a different buff. Less and less CC in this game is effective by tenacity. At this point it's an irrelevant stat in most games already.

I think they could've done something different. Tenacity immunity seems... favoritism. Don't get me wrong, he needed a buff, but I think they could've increased the range or something, not give it tenacity immunity.

Ults can be given special case stats. For example Yasuo's Ult gives him BONUS armor pen while the regular stat is for armor pen in general.

Well that's a bonus buff. This is a bonus nerf. It's like if there was a stipulation that you couldn't flash from J4's ultimate. It'd be a lot more powerful, but J4 wouldn't really be the staple of a healthy champion that he is if that was not the case.

Without tenacity, you can actually spam flash and get out of Galio's ult without being dealt damage. So there's that.

The problem is a single item purchase doesn't completely invalidate J4's ult. You used to be able to walk out of Galio's if he didn't cancel it early. Plus, the CC is already cleaned by him cancelling it or being interrupted, so it already should behave more like a Suppression than a Taunt anyways.

While I disagree, I guess I'm confused as to how Tenacity effects enemies. It doesn't come with a slow that I can see. So what are you protesting? The taunt?

I think buffing the range would make it too powerful, especially since the main problem they were fixing was buying any tenacity item to flash out of the ultimate. If they were to increase the range to stop this, Galio could just press R and taunt EVERYONE in a fight as long as they were in the fight (excluding them poke mages).

I think Riot is generally against tenacity right now. At least for reducing hard cc. Galio can only ult a competent team if he flashes into them, Irelia shouldn't be able to walk up to him and halfway through and stun him.

As someone who plays Galio a lot, and notices that his ultimate is barely used because of the small damage it gives (when played middle lane) it makes me happy to see this.

Try taking him top and building tank with Athene's, spirit visage, and thornmail as core It's really fun, he decimates a lot of top laners with his high base damages

Sweet! Now the only thing left to do is make his ult initiates similar to Aatrox's Q. You know it's only logical that he can take flight because of wings and stuff. Wings and stuff guys!

Sadly, this will lead to the rest of his kit being nerfed, since right now, you can pretty much exist and outlane every AP assassin and even some AD assassins or even light fighters. A good Galio is the bane of my ranked games, since I play LB/Fizz/Kat and get unequivocably fed in most of those games.

he needs to be a counter to them, he doesnt need a single nerf
