Duskblade is more oppressive than the removed DFG
Why is there no cd on the passive? People in my games are complaining non-stop about this item every time when someone builds this item.

No. No, it was not.
DFG did 15% max hp damage, and amplified all magic damage taken by 20%. Vs a squishy, the %max hp damage alone about equaled duskblade's proc damage.
I think you need to go back and look at what DFG did to "tanks"
