Ezreal Mystic Shot suggestion with critical strike chance.

Ezreal Q ability could have critical strike chance based on his critical strike items, for example, when Ezreal has Essence Reaver item 3508 and his Q Ability hits a target making a critical one it’ll restore his mana. Concluding it will make a new way to build critical strike items for him.

they'd have to lower the base and scalings so we don't get what jinx almost had on her w last patch. personally I don't really think it needs it but who knows.
