Blitzcrank upgrade/rework suggestion!

Blitzcranck could grab teammates to save them from a team fight or when the ally is trapped/baited, and please remove his ultimate passive that causes lightning bolts because it steals minions from adc, also useless on team fight. Succinctly, for his ultimate you could upgrade when activated gives shield for allies and still causing damage and silence for enemies. In addition, his Power Fist ability could grab some near ally or enemy to throw away.
