Ezreal improvement suggestion and settings for left hand players.

Basically I’m here to suggest an improvement to ezreal, it’s about his “E” ability (arcane shift). I’ll demonstrate it with this video to be more specifically, but the point is when Ezreal is focusing an enemy champion with basic attacks the “E” damage must go through the same enemy who is being attacked.
