Blue essence usage

Hi, so I have been playing league for a while and I am making a new account to play with my friend who recently stated to play. However, since my main accounts MMR and amount of normal games I played was too much, it was kind of hard for my friend to catch up with my playing. So I have a secondary account which I have no blue essence, would there be a way to transfer some of my BE from my main account to secondary account? In addition I dont have any other things to use my BE for in my main account. Thank you guys! Have a good day.

Nope, because otherwise you could start selling your BE to other accounts unless there's a way to prove that both accounts are used from the same person - which is not possible.
