Loading screen stops at a black screen

after i updated to 5.12 yesterday it started to stop loading after turning into a black screen. I also got a time ban because of that. So if there is a solution plz tell me and erase the time ban plz. i even tried restarting the computer and all other stuff. plz fix it fast.

Up, sititng in a game thats gone on for 20 minutes now and cant get past loaidng in screen, all it ever show sme when i click reconnect is a black screen then i get an error saying check my connection

Now im sitting in low priority que because riots servers think I dont have internet, even though i obviously do >_> fix your fucking game
