Why does Riot even have a Report bug section?

Riot didnt do anything after I wrote my discussion about a bug and they havent read it nor commented on it. Why do they have even have that section while they dont even read it??

Hey there,

We do read bug reports! We just don't have enough of us to post on every thread @___@ otherwise we wouldn't have time to actually work on the bugs.

I'll go take a look at your bug report now :)

Hey I've been trying to chase down a red to see if they're aware of this bug!

It's hard because there is no indication that you guys are aware of it without posting. Even a "Saw it" post would be enough because the players can't tell if you're quiet because your busy fixing it or if you don't see it. It's definitely a pain point of the forum experience.
