Why does Riot even have a Report bug section?

Riot didnt do anything after I wrote my discussion about a bug and they havent read it nor commented on it. Why do they have even have that section while they dont even read it??

We do read bug reports! We just don't have enough of us to post on every thread @___@ otherwise we wouldn't have time to actually work on the bugs.

I'll go take a look at your bug report now :)

every single thread on the bugs board is always read by riot. That doesnt mean they always have to comment.

I've posted bug reports, and seen the bug fixed in the next patch or two.

They do read them, they're just busy guys, too!
