Classic Gold Per Vs New?

It would be very nice if riot would consider adding in some of the old style gold per items. The new ones such as spell thiefs, and face of mountain are nice, but they removed a key element to the game and simply enforced a meta. Kages lucky pick, Philo stone, and Heart of Gold allowed for people to test the limits of the meta more, and allowed for much more interesting game play IMO.

Anyone else miss or prefer the old style of Gold Per items?
