Kindred Nerfs... Can they get a buff to make Kindred in lane viable?

With the most recent Kindred nerfs (6.13), playing Kindred in lanes (from what I have heard and seen) is more or less not possible anymore. The nerf to her armor, her and the rest of her kit has made it really hard to play Kindred anywhere but jungle. Kindred in lane was already nerfed from the other patches, but, I just want to know if the Rioters could find a way to make playing Kindred in lane a viable thing again? Im not asking for Kindred in lane to be broken or anything like that, I just want it to be more viable. Riot has said that they dont want to tell people where to play champions, or how to, that is why Lulu mid/top is still viable. With that in mind, the Kindred nerfs make it no longer worth it to play Kindred in lanes, she doesnt have any sustain, her Q doesnt do much damage, and you cant get stacks that easily, unless the mark is on your side, which likely wont be easy, or even worth the risk trying to get, thanks to the nerfs that she got on her passive.
