Is the leblanc rework successful?

So it has been almost a year since the rework. After all this time, playing both versions of her, i don't think the rework was successful. I'm not saying that the old version was better, I'm just saying that after all it didn't solve any of her problems. Oppressive lane, strong assassinate potential in mid game if ahead or mediocre strength, practically useless in late game teamfights. You could argue that this is the case for most assassins, but it makes me believe the rework was a failure. Basically none of these "problems" have been solved with the rework opposed to maybe reworks. What do **YOU **think?

Her assassination potential is crap now. She is more of a jg assist chain cc bot now. U can only assasinate if your ahead and if the enemy support isn't close by. That 1.5 second delay is what killed her. I was against a xayah at 35 min and she was alone and I let out my full combo with gunblade to kill her but in that 1.5 seconds she lifestole half of the dmg done to her then just killed me with 4 undodgeabe crits. How the fuck do riot think this is balanced? I was 15/2 ! Even if I wasn't so fed an assassin should be able to kill an out of place adc. She was 8/5 it's actually mind blowing that riot needs to nerf assassins to the ground making it one of the most boring classes but it's ok for an adc to burst you with crit and some autos ? Wtf is there logic

True, her passive time to proc it with other spells is worst in late game especially in this tank and ardent meta. i played old Leblanc and playing new Leblanc aswell. tbh i would prefer old Leblanc. her assassination was instant

I think Riot need to revert the change done to her Ultimate.

The old ultimate forced players to mimic the last ability used and thus make them think about the combo they would carry out. Going aggressive would usually sacrifice her escape option and vice versa.

The new ultimate can mimic any basic ability. Basically, as long her Ultimate was up she had access to everything in her kit. She could miss all of her basic abilities but still be able to escape, harass, cc, etc.
