Does life steal from Hextech proc with Heimerdinger's turrets?

Heimerdinger's turrets (and other minions, like Tibbers or Zyra's plants) do heal you with Hextech Gunblade, but it's the only thing that does.

also works on malz voidlings, shaco box, maybe yoriks stuff idk on that. It heals for on hit damage too like witts end, sated, sheen. and item active damage
